Poster Printing, Giclee Ink on Poster quality media
Some of our customers have requested that we make a (less expensive) poster type display print for trade shows or commercial use. We have responded by adding this media choice. While the results are good, we do not recommend this media for fine art reproduction. We still use the premium 8 color ink-set that resists fading,but the paper is not acid free and the image may degrade after a few years. Poster Prints are on a Matt finish, medium weight, and... well ,are poster quality. Minimum order is 2 prints. This paper can be mounted on Rag board, Foam core, Gator Foam or Cheap poster board. On the 24x36 side there may be some clipping on the 24 inch side. by 36 long. If you need bigger images please call for quote, we can do it but the materials may not be in stock. No varnish coating is available for Poster prints. Laminating is available, ask for a quote,
Set up fee includes 1 proof print on Matt paper, additional proofs (with adjustments) are $15. Proof prints will arrive with notes about printer settings and other terms written on them and are for the approval process only, not other use. The final proof becomes a BAT (bon a tirer) and is the property of Giclee4artists. The BAT print is our guide print and your approval print for correct color and must be signed and in our possession before printing can begin.
